Live a More Fulfilling and Happy Life

7 Tips to Rock Your Life

How do you live a more fulfilling and happy life? Wow! Wow! Wow! That is a very BIG question. Very common…and very big.

A large percentage of people are simply unhappy with the way their lives have turned out. The proof is in the pudding. Look around during your morning or evening commute. There are so many unhappy people making their way to/from jobs where time is traded for money. Where passion and conviction are void.

So many people are re-evaluating their lives because the paths they have traveled have morphed into a reality that is unsatisfying. What can you do? What options do you have?

There are 7 things that you can start using right this moment to begin the dramatically increase the fulfillment you feel with your life today:

1) Reflect on your life learning

The greatest teacher in life is experience. Unfortunately, people aren’t very good at receiving the powerful lessons life teaches us. Purposeful reflection on the experiences that previously (yes, even in childhood) caused you joy is essential in guiding you towards a fulfilling and happy life today, regardless of your age.

Past experiences provide indicators of current areas of interest that will absolutely increase your present level of life fulfillment, when explored.

2) Be Clear with Yourself

Telling yourself that you are not happy, that you are not fulfilled simply isn’t helpful. Sorry! You must be brutally honest with yourself! What is it (exactly) that will make you happy? What will increase your level of fulfillment.

Reflect on it. Write it down! Be as specific and clear as you can. Detail is key!

3) Create Goals

Goals are the best tool to get what you want in life!

What are goals? If Being Clear with Yourself is the starting line, Goals are the path of your journey.

Making effective goals is the only way to realize a happier and more fulfilling life.

Without them, your efforts are like a feather aimlessly floating around with no path or destination and subject to the whims of the gentle breeze.

4) Maximize Your Time

Finding time savings of only 1 hour per day, gives you an ADDITIONAL 365 hours per year.

That is a HUGE amount of time to create a more fulfilling and happy life.

We all are allotted 24 hours in any given day. That’s it. In order to create the life you want, you need to maximize the time you have.

Write down everything you do in a day; from the time you wake to the time you retire. Look for ways to increase how you spend your time. Organize your time. Make time for yourself and your goals. Use your time wisely.

5) Improve Yourself Everyday

The only thing that is constant is change. Prepare yourself today for the challenges of tomorrow. Learn something new, do something “out of your comfort” zone, engage in a novel interest or activity, exercise, or read a book. Every day do anything that develops your physical, cognitive, or spiritual self.

Do something today to make yourself more resilient tomorrow.

The stronger you are, the easier it will be to quickly adapt and proactively respond to any future challenges that arise.

6) Be Grateful

Life can be full of challenges. But it too is full of blessings. Focusing on the blessings and being grateful will completely transform your perspective.

It will change the way you look at your life and the way in which you make decisions - all for the positive.

Give your energy to being grateful for the good things in your life.

7) Immerse yourself

Immerse yourself in these principles. Embrace them wholeheartedly. Do so and immediately make your life more fulfilling and happier.

Just like a rock dropped into a calm lake. The ripples caused by these simple changes will spread across your entire life.

Your life will become more fulfilling and happier. It’s inevitable!
